Crew Retreat!

Our ten person crew had the chance to gather for the weekend to work on planning! It was a great time to get to know each other, and to prepare for this incredible adventure!

We announced our OFFICIAL goal to our team--to break the 2 person female record!

We did some planning with toy cars.

RAAM training is serious business!

We had some long and deep conversations about how we want to treat each other in order to have the best experience possible. After our conversations our crew chief made up this excellent representation of our weekend!
